Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to sellers registered on and by listing their products on this site agree and abide all terms mentioned below

CD/DVD, USB/Pen drives, tablets, SD cards, Printed items will be referred as “Tangible products”. Term shipping means movement or transfer of sold tangible products from seller to user destination.

Shipping source means sellers present location from where tangible product is shipped. Shipping destination means User’s or customer’s postal address provided by Studyfromhome at the time of placing the order.

Shipping details:

All the Tangible Products sold on STF will be shipped by the seller and they will be solely responsible for the delivery of the product. Seller has to take utmost care of shipping the right product to right users. He/she has to make sure that all the materials of packing used for shipping the product will be of best quality and correctly packed in order to make sure that the products reach the shipping point without any damage. Sellers after shipping of products will share or inform the Courier tracking details to Studyfromhome panel or to the customer through SMS or Email. All the shipments should be dispatched within 24-48 hours after the purchase intimation is sent to the seller.

Shipment return/ replacement:

Replacements are meant for uses who receive a damaged product from seller. You can get a replacement within 7 days of delivery at no additional cost.  This policy of 7 days replacement is applicable to CD/DVDs/Pen drives/study materials/ SD cards/ tablets sold on Study from Home. All the tangible products are to be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Returns will not be accepted in following circumstances:

·         Damages due to misuse of Tangible products

·         Incidental damage due to faulty functioning of tangible products

·         Any tangible products that is returned without all original packing and accessories also the box.

All the tangible products sold on Study From Home are covered by this guarantee and the replacement can be whole product or part thereof subject to its availability with the seller. If the user has received the wrong product then he/she can claim for replacements and also for returns of products. Users can claim replacement for software failures and for this he/she has to first inform through email and if the remote correction of the issue is not possible then request of replacement is accepted.

Study From Home holds all the rights whether to refund the order in all the above mentioned cases or not/ claims or replace the products with new/fresh/ genuine products. All the claims of replacement of damaged product/s made by customer/s will be intimated to sellers by support team.

Damaged product will be shipped back to the seller in original condition through by user or will ask the customer to ship it back to the location of the seller. It is the responsibility of the seller to ship fresh/new/ genuine product to customer after getting request of replacement from STF support team.

Any physical damage to the product by the user while using it or caused due to mishandling it will not be covered for replacements or returns under this policy.

Shipment Cancellation:

All the request of cancellation should be made within 24 hours of purchase or before Tangible product has been shipped. With cancellation the whole of the amount will be refunded to Customer. Mode of refund will be intimated to customer directly. Order cancellation is not allowed when shipping and delivery of the product has been made to the customer.
